ACOM members gave public testimony at the Monterey Peninsula Regional Park District in support of the General Manager, Rafael Payan (center with bandaged foot), requesting his contract be extended. Marina City Councilmembers and the Mayor also gave public comments. Rafael is a champion for Marina and for the proposed Asian American Garden! ACOM testimonies made a positive impact on his continued employment!
